The comprehensive product line of UTC includes various analog ICs, such as regulators, PWM control ICs, amplifiers, comparators, logic ICs, voltage translators, interface driver ICs, transistor arrays, reset ICs, and Hall effect switches. The range of discrete components covers high and low voltage MOSFETs, SJMOS, diodes, BJT, FRD, TRIAC, SCR, IGBT, and more. IC & Semiconductor Design

Since its establishment in 1990, UTC has been continuously designing analog IC and power management IC to meet customer demands. With its own chip fabrication factory, UTC has gained control over the manufacturing process, boosting its design capabilities and quality management. In addition, the following recruitment of semiconductor experts has enriched UTC lines with advanced semiconductor devices.

Currently, UTC boasts a comprehensive product line that includes power management IC, analog signal IC, logic series IC, bus management IC, and various driver circuits. Additionally, the company offers power semiconductors, including super-junction MOSFET, synchronous rectification MOSFET, IGBT, TRIAC, SCR, bipolar transistors, and diode products. Leveraging solid production experience and facility, the company provides high-quality products without End-of-Life (EoL) issues.

In addition to front-end chip design and fabrication, UTC also commands the back-end packaging and testing. In response to market trends, the company continuously develops high-power and miniaturized packages, offering a diverse range of packaging options—from traditional THD-type TO-series and DIP packages to SMD-type SOP, SOT, SOD, DFN series, and the latest TOLL packages.
